Return & Refund Policy

At Set Free Apparel, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great customer experience. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within the timeframes listed below so we can assist you.

Damaged / Defective / Misprinted Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If the issue is verified as an error on our part, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us and submit a problem report right away so we can resolve it quickly.


Returns

The return address for orders placed through Set Free Apparel defaults to our production partner’s facility. When a return is received, you will receive an automated email notification. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

If an alternate return address is used, you (the customer) will be responsible for any returned shipments and associated costs.

 

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. In this case, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated and valid address is provided.


Unclaimed Packages

Shipments that are unclaimed by the customer and returned to the facility will require payment for reshipping.


If the customer has not registered an account or billing method for reshipment costs, these returns will not be refunded or reshipped and will be donated to charity.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Face masks or other sealed personal-use items

These items cannot be reshipped or refunded once returned.


Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges

Except where prohibited by law, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Exchanges or returns for sizing issues may be offered at the customer’s expense and discretion. If an exchange is approved, a new order will need to be placed.
